A 28-year-old mother is facing child endangerment and drug charges after police responded to a home in Falls Township’s Levittown section.
Police were summoned on May 6 at 9:09 p.m. to the house where the 28-year-old woman and her kids share with family on Nestingrock Lane in May after the 28-year-old was found unconscious in an upstairs bedroom by her mother, who called 9-1-1.

An officer arrived to find Zabielski on the sofa in the living room. When speaking with 28-year-old woman, the officer noted in court papers her speech was “slow and disjointed.”
According to police, an uncapped drug syringe was found on the floor near the bed of 28-year-old woman’s five-year-old son.
28-year-old woman admitted to using heroin, cocaine and prescription pills throughout the day, police said. She added she had just injected heroin “a few minutes ago” and had a fresh injection site on her arm, according to court documents.

Police said they searched the room where the 28-year-old woman stayed with her five-year-old son. 28-year-old woman’s mother showed police a tin box filled with four packets labeled “Suboxone Sublingual Film, three glassine bags with possible drug residue and several pill fragments, court documents stated. Suboxone Sublingual Film is often used to treat people addicted to opiate drugs.
The Bucks County Crime Lab tested several items collected by police and confirmed they contained Buprenorhpone and heroin.

The 28-year-old woman was charged via mail and will have a preliminary hearing before District Judge Jan Vislosky on September 4.
