Friday slightly after 3 p.m., neighbors on Cotton Road in Cobalt Ridge, located in Levittown reported a water main break after noticing gushing water pouring from below the street.
The Lower Bucks County Joint Municipal Authority arrived at the scene around 3:30 p.m. and were able to shut off the water.

After notifying residents, they began digging up the street to repair the issue, which could take several hours.
