Kareem Baxter, age 25, was arrested Friday at 1:30 a.m. at the corner of Pond and Market Streets.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, Bristol Borough Police Officer Joseph Moors observed “hand to hand activity between Baxter and another black male” in a parking lot on the corner of the two popular borough streets. When the officer asked the two men what they were doing, Baxter stated, “I don’t have to answer to you.”
